Delivery Area: Within 5 miles of the Garden Centre ONLY
Deliveries and collections are provided from Tuesday to Saturday. All collections must be picked up by 4pm.
Please be aware that payment calls will be 1-2 working days after placing your order
Unfortunately due to time constraints we are unable to provide photos.

We can not take orders via phone or social media, all orders must be completed via this form. You can email orders@whiteelmgardencentre.co.uk if you have any queries, however we will not be accepting orders via this address.
Select the items you require and complete your personal information at the end. We will then call you to confirm your order and take payment. If there are any queries regarding products, prices, etc these can be discussed on this call and confirmed. You can then choose for your items to be delivered for an additional cost of £5 if you live within 5 MILES of the Garden Centre (CM3 4LR). If you live further than this we will NOT be able to deliver at this current time.
You can select the ‘Click and Collect’ option if you are already coming to White Elm for essentials from Jamies Fruit and Veg or Meatline. We will be following the Government Guidance on Collection services. Further information on our delivery and collection times plus the procedures in place will be confirmed on the payment phone call.
Please note, our delivery driver will drop the items at your door and knock, however they will not wait for an answer.
If there is an issue with any items on your delivery, please contact us on the delivery day to discuss (orders@whiteelmgardencentre.co.uk). Any issues not notified to us immediately will not be resolved.
