• Party Option A: £325

      (Afternoon Party providing your own food, maximum 70 guests.)

      1. Entry into the Farm for all your party guests from 3.15pm until 4.15pm
      2. With an exclusive hands on tour around the farm. Includes Animal Feed.
      3. Followed by exclusive hire of the indoor soft play area from 4.15pm until 5.30pm.

      ( You have a choice of having no food or bringing your own food and drink, no alcohol or glass containers please. You will need to provide your own napkins etc. )

    • Party Option B: £275 + food price per head

      (Afternoon Party, we provide your food, maximum 70 guests.)
      1. Everything included in Option A + We do the catering for you (we provide plates, cups, etc.)

      £6.95 Per Child Buffet – includes a selection of the following: crisps, cucumber & carrot sticks, bread sticks, hot sausage rolls, mini pizzas, cocktail sausages, potato waffles, chicken goujons/nuggets, grapes, strawberries, Jammy Dodgers, Party Rings & fairy cakes. (Includes jugs of squash)

      £7.95 Per Adult Finger Food (drinks available to purchase)

    • Party Option C: £325

      (Morning Party includes breakfast buffet, maximum 25 children, 50 guests in total)
      1. Exclusive hire of indoor soft play area from 9am until 10am
      2. buffet style breakfast includes a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts and hot pastries for the children.
      3. Entry into the Farm for all your party guests from 10am until 11am with an exclusive hands on tour around the farm. Includes animal feed.

    • AFTERNOON PARTIES

      Maximum of 35 children, maximum 70 guests in total. 

    • MORNING PARTIES

      Maximum of 25 children, maximum 50 guests in total. Any extra child is £9.95 per head, this has to be agreed in advance. 

    • DECORATION

      You are welcome to bring party banners etc to decorate the barn, please bring sticky tape or blu tack we do not allow drawing pins.

    • CONFIRMATION

      Confirmation of final attendee/food numbers and allergies to be emailed to info@whiteelmgardencentre.co.uk at least 2 weeks prior to the party. 

    • GENERAL INFORMATION:

      1. A £75 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance being paid on the day.
      2. Children must be supervised at all times.

      1. No Entry into the farm after 4.15pm of Options A or B.   
      2. Setting up and clearing time is included in the time slot.
      3. No Pinata or confetti style balloons. 
      4. Please ensure all guests dress appropriately for the farm visit and bring wellies and waterproofs in case the weather is poor.

    EXTRA INFORMATION:

    Afternoon Parties (Options A or B)

    On arrival, please head to the Ticket Hut and inform them you are there for a party. They will gather everyone behind the ticket hut in front of the Play Barn ready for the Farm Tour at 3.15pm.

    If you have any decorations or your own food (Option A), you may arrive at the Play Barn a few minutes before 3.15pm to drop them off to the Play Barn team. They will store these for you. We will still be open to the public at this time. 

    Once closed to the public, we will clean and organise the barn ready for the party. Therefore we cannot allow entry into the Play Barn before 4.15pm.

    Morning Parties (Option C)

    You can arrive from 8.45am to greet your guests at 9am. 

    Buffet breakfast will be provided and includes cereals, fruit, pastries and yoghurts. Farm tour will start at 10am until 11am. 

    All personal belongings must be removed from the Play Barn and stored either in the Ticket Hut/Play Barn Till area (as we open to the public from 10am).
