AFTERNOON PARTY
(Maximum of 70 people – adults and children)
Option 1: £225
Entry into the Farm for all your party guests from 3.15pm until 4.15pm with an exclusive hands on tour around the farm. Includes animal feed. Followed by exclusive hire of the indoor soft play area from 4.15pm until 5.30pm. No food provided by yourself or White Elm.
Option 2: £275
As Option 1 but with the choice of bringing your own food and drink, no alcohol or glass containers please. You will need to provide your own napkins, plates and cups etc.
Option 3: £225+
As Option 1 but we can do the catering for you (and provide napkins, plates, cups, etc)
£5.95 each child buffet (includes jugs of squash)
£7.95 each adult finger food (drinks available to purchase)
Buffet Party Food
A selection of the following: crisps, cucumber & carrot sticks, bread sticks, hot sausage rolls, mini pizzas, cocktail sausages, potato waffles, chicken goujons/nuggets, grapes, strawberries, Jammy Dodgers, Party Rings & fairy cakes.

MORNING PARTY
(Maximum 25 children, 50 guests in total)
Option 4: £275
Exclusive hire of indoor soft play area from 9am until 10am with buffet style breakfast for the children. Entry into the Farm for all your party guests from 10am until 11am with an exclusive hands on tour around the farm. Includes animal feed.
Buffet Style Breakfast
Includes freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolate, yogurts, a selection of fresh fruit, a selection of breakfast cereals and squash.

We are usually taking bookings 6 months in advance so please book early to avoid disappointment
Additional Information for Hirer:
Children must be supervised at all times
No entry into the farm after 4.15pm for Options 1 to 3
Setting up and clearing time included in the time slot
You are welcome to bring party banners to decorate the barn, please bring sticky tape or blue tack, we do not allow drawing pins for safety reasons.
No piñata/confetti style balloons
Confirmation of final numbers to be emailed to info@whiteelmgardencentre.co.uk at least 2 weeks prior to the party
A non refundable £75 deposit is required to secure you booking with the balance being paid on the day
A confirmation email will be sent once your deposit and booking form have been received, could you please check your junk folder first incase it ends up there if not please email – info@whiteelmgardencentre.co.uk with any questions.
Farm Tour
Included with all the party options is a farm tour which is informative and fun. The farm manager will take your group around the farm giving them information about all the animals and where possible he will select some of the animals for everyone to meet and pet. There is also a special treat for the birthday boy or girl.
