Mud!

The main path around the Petting Farm is concrete which is pram & wheelchair friendly, away from the main path the Petting Farm is mainly grass and can get muddy through the winter months, so wellies are advisable.

Inside the Play barn there are 3 toilets all with baby changing facilities and adult/child toilet seats.

Pregnant Mums

If you are pregnant government guidelines advise to avoid close contact with livestock especially sheep, the number of  human pregnancies affected by contact with sheep is extremely small, however it is important that pregnant women are made aware of the potential risk.

Animal Feed

Buckets of animal feed are available from the ticket hut for £1.50. Please read and take note of the feeding signs around the farm, they are there for the safety and welfare of the animals. Thank you.

Prams & Pushchairs

Prams and Pushchairs are not allowed inside the Playbarn, this is to comply with fire regulations, they can be left outside in the undercover trolley park, or if there is room in the corridor outside the Playbarn. Thank you.
